This card also offers purchase protection, auto rental insurance, and up to $200,000 in travel accident insurance. In addition, for every $100 spent, you'll automatically receive one entry into a monthly drawing for one of 30 featured cars. There is an annual fee of $99.95 per year, but no participation or application fees, so the card is less costly than most prepaid cards.
